This program is inspired by TkDesk, Which I much appreciated and used for over 10 years, but is no longer maintained.  I thus rewrote it, in pure Tcl/Tk, this file manager is simplified and adds features I find convenient.  
I put it under a GPL license in case others become interested in it, in which case it will have a longer life.  
It still contains many  bugs,  but these a priori should not call into question its existence.
