Presentation
This is a tentative system presented to the Community. If the Community does not find this system useful for whichever reason, the information in each page can of course easily get pasted into other pages.
Also the work already done -- Giving a title and a category for each question -- is a work that would have had to be done anyway no matter what the chosen system would have been. Therefore it is not a waste of time at all and we thank PeterNewman for his gigantic effort.
