The IONA Technologies' Code Generation Toolkit [L1 ] uses Tcl to generate CORBA stubs in target languages from IDL. More precisely, IONA's commercial ORBs include CGT, the major part of which is idlgen, a C++ IDL parser with a Tcl wrapper. Users can write their own back-ends to the parser to generate language-specific IDL parsers.
