Re the fixed rotating schedule, I'd appreciate some input on the following:

• there would be 3 zones - Americas / Europe / Asia-Pacific
  • we can cover 2 zones per month
    • Americas evening would cover APAC day
    • Europe evening would cover Americas day
    • APAC evening would cover Europe day
• the meeting will be scheduled for the 2nd Tuesday of each month
  • what would be a suitable time to start?
  • 8pm in the evening in the zone?
    • in the Americas zone that would be 8pm US East coast
    • in the European zone that would be 8pm Western Europe
    • in the APAC zone that would be 8pm Australia East coast

This means the times (before adjusting for daylight saving time) will be:

with adjustment for daylight saving time (i.e. the 2000 stays but other zones are adjusted if they are not on DST).

If that passes the sniff test I'll prepare a schedule for 2023 (and beyond)
