Siqsuruq (13 Jul 2025) My proposal is: All uploaders sign packages, but only certain public keys are marked as "core team". So repository then:

  • Verifies the signature of every uploaded package
  • Checks if the signing key is in core team trusted key list
  • Flags the package as core or community accordingly
