I worked on Tcl, mainly as a software developer for Calibre LVS, an Electronic Verification tool from Siemens EDA (formerly Mentor Graphics). Calibre uses Tcl and Tk as a GUI platform as well as using it to provide our customers with application interfaces to drive various Calibre tools. I retired from Siemens in May of 2025, and have since been working more with the Tcl Community. I took over leadership of the Tcl Community Association in October 2025 from Clif Flynt. I look forward to restarting Tcl US conferences in the near future.
