I am employed by Case Western Reserve University [L1 ] and work at the Cleveland Functional Electrical Stimulation Center [L2 ], a biomedical engineering R&D consortium.

In the professional sphere, I use Tcl in various projects, including PC-based user interface software for embedded controllers and test suites for controller hardware and firmware.

I started with Tcl sometime between 1990 and 1992, porting Tcl 2.1 to MS-DOS for use in a text editor I was writing. I've hacked around with Tcl at various times since then. Since 1999, most of my programming has been in Tcl/Tk.
