- John Ousterhout formalizes Scriptics policy on open source Tcl/Tk support, such as handling bug reports (see [L2 ])
- TIX has found a new home on the web, thanks to the efforts of Gregg Squires http://tix.mne.com/
- The Jumbo page of patches, bugs, works in progress etc. is picking up momentum, and moves to a new Persistent URL http://purl.org/thecliff/tcl/jumbo.html
- Preferred access to archives of Tcl-URL! articles has moved http://purl.org/thecliff/tcl/url.html
- Richard Hipp's Mktclapp, a successor to his Embedded Tk, lets you integrate and package apps using Tcl, C, and C++ http://www.hwaci.com/sw/mktclapp/
- Alexandre Ferrieux provides a good summary of the discussion to date on how best to build sound into Tcl (see [L3 ])
