        Description: TclVSrpt is a set of Tcl 7.[345] procedures for creating reports
        or other documents from Tcl applications.  Output is switch
        selectable for ASCII or Postscript.  TclVSrpt has extensive
        styling and page layout controls.  Depends on Tcl 7.[345].

JCG: Tried TclVSrpt today (29-sep-2004) with Tcl 8.4 in Linux and it worked (that is, I was able to regenerate the provided documentation in PostScript from the sources) with just minimum fixes (for example changing the location of the who command which was hardcoded to /bin/who). It uses several external Unix command line tools (who, date, cat, cp, rm, ...) which can be trivially converted into their modern Tcl equivalent commands so that, in principle, the port to Microsoft Windows is easy!
