Itclng (this is not itcl-ng project!!)
Itclng is a project hosted on SourceForge [L1 ] which tries to build a version of Incr Tcl with minimal C-code and trying to do all the parsing and a lot of other stuff on Tcl script level only. It is based on TclOO the same as itcl-ng and is supposed to be mostly compatible with that version. The difference is that itcl-ng consists of about 15.000 lines of C-code and for this version the plans are to have not more than 1.500 - 2.000 lines of C-code.
