I think it would be a good idea to have a shortlist of the portuguese users that use tcl/tk . This list could be grouped taking in account the country of the users in order to promote the interchange of experiences and maybe to promote or disengage the formation of local communities ( this can be a good idea to promote local meetings or even conferences. )
