New packages
Changed packages backward compatible changes were made to the interfaces of the following packages. Their minor release numbers should have been incremented, but were not.
NOTE The following changes are indicated in the documentation of Tk 8.3, but that documentation is in error. These changes are not in fact available until Tk 8.4.
