Flickr is an online photo gallery, see [L1 ]. Basic accounts are free [L2 ], so it has become popular with people who like to show the pictures made with their digital cameras or cameraphone online to friends etc. Many bloggers use it too. Flickr is now owned by Yahoo.
Managing the content can be done via webpages, as well as via the Flickr API, see http://www.flickr.com/services/api . No API for Tcl listed.
