Mogul is a MObile Graphical User-interface for Linux systems.
It is a compact and efficient application framework and operating environment designed for handheld or small-screen appliances (PDAs, embedded systems), but with equal applicability for desktop computers. Basic functionality includes system configuration and utility applications.
I had a project last year called "Pocket Tcl Environment" http://pockettcl.sourceforge.net/ which will give you an idea about what Mogul will become.
Mogul is based around the eWidgets Toolkit which I cam currently writing as a replacement for the BWidget tookit.
