Version 0 of PocketICS

MNO - I've been working on a client for Internet Chess servers such as the ICC (chessclub.com) and FICS (freechess.org) for the PocketPC using Tcl/Tk for Windows/CE.

It's fairly crude at present.

Unfortunately it doesn't work on PocketPC yet (I have some peculiar issues - see PocketPC socket/fileevent strangeness).

It works fine under Linux, but there are so many other client apps that work there that this isn't of much use.
