For the last 4-6 months have been working intermittently on how to keep the gui alive while doing parallel http downloads in Win9x. Its important to me so that I can make professional free apps on many platforms.
Have now become interested in BrowseX because it seems to have solved this problem.
I'm now working full time on Tcl/Tk/C programming.
