The most visible tangible project of the Consortium was its '98 publication of "Tcl Blast!", a CD-ROM full of Tcl goodies. Ubiquitous Jean-Claude Wippler was project manager for the technical work of "Tcl Blast!" [explain how this meant he herded cats regarding ports, installation models, compilers, ...]
