Version 9 of aes with critcl

yahalom: This is my first real work with critcl and the tcl objects. they were easier to work with than I thought. Basically I replaced the HEAVY math procs with C code that does it faster. In my tests it runs 5-6 times faster, which for me is a big difference as I need to encrypt files that took 40 seconds to encrypt! Any suggestions and corrections are welcomed as I am new to this stuff:

it works together with the aes tcl package. delete from the tcl code these procs and source the file with these procs and it shall work.
