I continue to learn about Tcl, which I now use for a variety of hobby projects such as strpdf [L1 ] and PreL3P [L2 ].
I've also written a tutorial about using Starpacks as the basis for simpler Mac application packages. [L3 ]
My current Tcl project is Starpacker.
It supplements SDX by retrieving and caching the Tclkits needed to create stand-alone Starpacks. Although its functionality is accessible from the command line, it is intended to enable casual users to create usable executables from arbitrary Starkits with minimal fuss. It attempts to select an appropriate default runtime for the current system.
