Version 8 of notebook editor

Kroc - 22 07 2004 This is a very simple text editor I wrote because I need it ;) It uses bwidget notebook and support i18n with msgcat. I've packaged it as a starkit for easy sharing (and 'cause I'm a fan of it). It should works everywhere because it uses only pure tcl.

Unwrap it if you want to add features or translation (english and french provided in this starkit).
