ntk entry command implemented as ::itcl::extendedclass ::ntk::classes::entry

Syntax:

• ntk entry windowPathName ?options?

Options:

• -cursorcolor color for the cursor rgbaList default: list 255 0 0 255

MethodVariables:

• cursoroffest offset of cursor default: 0
• slidex how much the cursor position is before the middle of the character default: 0
• offsetmap map of offsets of the characters in the entry default: {}
