The Tcl Software Repository is a semi-official collection of programs and libraries that are available for Tcl. It is not, and never can be comprehensive, but it does contain a large amount of software.
When NeoSoft, and then Procplace, which had gathered a collection of software for Tcl, stopped hosting its collection, the entire collection was transferred to ftp.tcl.tk.
