Lars H remembers downloading a graph editor of French origin once, but cannot recall its name, only that it came as a tclkit. (It's possibly the app described on http://wfr.tcl.tk/208 , but the download link there doesn't work anymore.)
There are at least two kinds of graph that one might think of when hearing the word. One is related to the concept of data visualization - plotting an various charts is at times referred to as graphing a representation of a set of data.
The other kind has to do with a different kind of relationship between objects. [add more details here]
