The joke here is that Wiki is supposed to be based on a Hawaiian term.
Anyways, if you want to learn more about Hawaii, there are sites like http://dir.yahoo.com/Regional/U_S__States/Hawaii/ , http://planet-hawaii.com/ , or http://oldhawaii.com/ .
This item could also provide a sandbox (sand beach?) for folks new to wiki editing to experiment. That's what I'm using it for right now.
