Re the fixed rotating schedule, I'd appreciate some input on the following:
- there would be 3 zones - Americas / Europe / Asia-Pacific
- generally we can cover 2 zones per month
- Americas evening would cover APAC day
- Europe evening would cover Americas day
- APAC evening would cover Europe day
- what would be a suitable time to start?
- 8pm in the evening in the zone?
- in the Americas zone that would be 8pm US East coast
- in the European zone that would be 8pm Western Europe
- in the APAC zone that would be 8pm Australia East coast
If that passes the sniff test I'll prepare a schedule for 2023 (and beyond)
- January Americas
- February Europe
- March APAC
and then repeat that throughout the year, adjusting only for daylight savings.
