Reinhard Max works for SUSE (now part of Novell (now part of Attachmate )) and is responsible for the Tcl packages on openSUSE and the SUSE Linux Enterprise products.

He frequently participates in the Tcl'ers Chat and also hosts it. His nickname there is rmax.

• He organized the Fourth European Tcl/Tk Users Meeting, together with Michael Haschek.
• He is a founding member of the Nürnberg Tcl/Tk User Group.
• He maintains the rmax-ipv6-branch in Tcl CVS to get IPv6 support into Tcl 8.6.
• He is quite a good brewer too!
