After programming with Tcl for about ten years, I think I'm starting to get the hang of it.

I wrote:

  1. the FILTR, File Inventory for Loading, Transfer and Recovery
  2. A chroot virtual filesystem
  3. An SSH virtual filesystem
  4. A template virtual filesystem
  5. A versioning virtual filesystem
  6. tdelta, an rdiff-style file delta generator.
  7. A delta virtual filesystem
  8. A collate/broadcast virtual filesystem
  9. A quota-enforcing virtual filesystem
  10. An LZW-compressing virtual filesystem
  11. pure-Tcl replacements for Tclx keyed lists commands
  12. a wrapper and starkit for sfm
  13. stepsource.tcl

I dream of a pure-Tcl productivity/pim suite consisting of refurbished, cross-platform, open standard supporting versions of TkDesk, EXMH, TkBiff, Minkowsky, iCal and xtask.

Stepsource.tcl got a mention in the latest Dr. Dobbs Tcl-url [L1 ]. Thanks!
