Used Tcl/Tk for several years, mostly to help me do my job, and for fun. I am an engineer by training but have learned to program (mostly Tcl and C).
I have helped out with Iwidgets, Itcl, pgtcl, records and PgAccess (GUI frontend to PostgreSQL). I also have some personal projects that I still need to finish.
I also consult on the side.
