The Package Repository Server , which is currently part of the Eagle project, allows users to add, manage, and obtain packages for both Tcl and Eagle.
There is also a TEST INSTANCE of the Package Repository Server .

All package information present on the server must be signed using either OpenPGP or Harpy.
All check-ins in the associated Fossil repository must be signed using OpenPGP.
It is implemented as a set of TH1 (and Tcl) scripts running on a carefully configured instance of Fossil. All data necessary to run the repository server is stored in a SQLite database.
