The eighth edition of the European Tcl/Tk User Meeting will be held again at IGBMC near Strasbourg (France) from 5th to 6th of June 2009. See http://www.eurotcl.org/
Registration and abstract submission deadline is May, 18th.

Martyn Smith I hope there is, I will be arriving Thursday as well, last year we met in the rain in front of the cathedral.
Tomasz Kosiak I will also arrive on Thursday at about 17:00 to Hôtel Couvent du Franciscain 18, rue du Faubourg de Pierre F-67000 STRASBOURG. It would be really nice to meet you somewhere.

DKF: Actually, there's one thing missing. I'd quickly put together a short "state of tcl/tk" talk, which I gave at the end (just before the future-of-the-conference discussion). Those of us who weren't in a hurry to go elsewhere then spent the afternoon having a hacking session...
PO Like last year, the conference was great fun with interesting presentations and face-to-face talks with other Tclers. Thanks to Luc, Jean and the other co-organizers.
