Reinhard Max works for SuSE (http://www.suse.de/en ) and is responsible for the Tcl, PostgreSQL, and VNC packages on SuSE Linux.
He frequently participates in the Tcl'ers Chat. His nickname there is rmax.
He currently organizes the Fourth European Tcl/Tk Users Meeting, together with Michael Haschek.
