Born 1972 in Uppland, Sweden. Studying (full/part time since 1996) Computer Science (AI/Cognitive Sciences) [L1 ] at Link�ping Institute of Technology, Linguistics [L2 ] at Link�ping University and since 2000 Computational Linguistics [L3 ] at G�teborg University.
First I was an accountant (just briefly for 5 years...), later I became a computer scientist and now I also call myself a computational linguist. Occasionally I refer to myself as a Linguist, I might be writing my BA thesis in a year or two... someone (Jens Allwood) told me a year ago that I "certainly wasnt't a linguist, but I don't know what you are", probably my linguistics professor in Link�ping (Paul Andersen) would disagree since his passion for the subject inspired my top grades in his classes...
