Version 246 of Veronica Loell

Updated 2003-05-29 04:46:57

Born 1972 in Uppland, Sweden. Studying (full/part time since 1996) Computer Science (AI/Cognitive Sciences) [L1 ] at Linkping Institute of Technology, Linguistics [L2 ] at Linkping University and since 2000 Computational Linguistics [L3 ] at Gteborg University.

First I was an accountant (just briefly for 5 years...), later I became a computer scientist and now I also call myself a computational linguist. Occasionally I refer to myself as a linguist, I might be writing my BA thesis in a year or two... so it's almost justified. Someone (Jens Allwood) told me about year ago that I "certainly wasnt't a linguist, but I don't know what you are". Probably my linguistics professor in Linkping (Paul K Andersen) would disagree since his passion for the subject inspired my top grades in his classes...

I keep seeing references to project Gutenberg, so I thought it was best that I put a link here to project Runeberg [L4 ]...
