This starkit (a tclkit application) contains whatever the latest wikit code was at the time it is downloaded.
It can be found at http://tcl.tk/starkits/ with a number of other contributed starkits.
JV 2024-01-26: Unfortunately, in the link provided above there are now Starkits for wikit, only a starpack for Solaris/Sparc; if you do not have that processor you're out of luck.
