A version of tkpaint is available if you google though.

escargo 1 Dec 2003 - I downloaded this version (1.6) and verified that it at least starts and appears to function with ActiveTcl 8.4.4.0 on Windows XP Pro.
The unix version about is Tkpaint 1.5.4 while the non-Unix version is 1.6 ...
